How do I know which size to order?
We offer dresses in US women's sizes 12-30 and all of our gowns measure approximately 59" from shoulder to hem.
Our Sizing Chart gives more information on our dress sizes and also explains how to take your own measurements before placing an order
Can you custom make a gown for me?
Although we have a wide selection of ready to wear gowns, we are not able to make custom designs or sizes.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will not be added to any orders shipped outside of California. A 9.25% sales tax is due on orders shipped to California.
How much does shipping cost and how soon will I receive my dress?
We offer the following shipping options: UPS Ground Delivery (4-8 business days) $20
UPS 2-Business Day Delivery $30
UPS Next Business Day Delivery $40
UPS North America (Canada, Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii) $30
UPS World Express Delivery $50
The above charges are for one item orders only and additional charges may apply if multiple items are ordered. We make all attempts to ship orders the following weekday, but if you are concerned about a delivery date, give us a call at 1 800 481 4784 (U.S) or 773-665-7087 (International).
As soon as your order has shipped, you will be emailed a UPS tracking code which can be entered into ups.com to track the progress of your package.

Taking measurements
Bust: Measure around fullest part of bust, keeping tape under your arms and around shoulder blades
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (not over clothing)
Hips: Measure around fullest part of your hips, approximately 8" below your waistline

We are sure that you will be delighted with your gown from AnnaBrooks.com. But, if for any reason you are not, we are delighted to offer the following return options:
1. An exchange. Once you ship your dress back to us, we'll ship you an exchange of equal value for free.
2. A store credit to buy another wonderful gown from AnnaBrooks.com at your convenience. Store credits never expire, so you can shop at your leisure.
3. A refund. All refunds (not exchanges or store credits) are subject to a $25 re-stocking fee
Please note that for any return (whether for exchange, store credit or refund) to be accepted it must meet all of the following conditions:
The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt
All original tags must remain on the merchandise; and
The item must be neither worn nor damaged
We recommend that all returns be shipped via an insured carrier as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
